Erwin Tutoring utilizes the Foundation in Sounds Pre-Reading Program and the  Barton Reading & Spelling System to help struggling readers become confident, successful readers.  Clients work through materials at their own pace and receive supplemental activities as needed.  The supplemental activities include Spelling Success games, Barton Reading & Spelling materials on Quizlet, Heggerty's Bridge the Gap Phonemic Awareness Intervention Lessons, and other literacy games.  These interventions are effective for children, teens, and adults and are offered in person or virtually.  Clients receive lesson notes with explanations of new rules after each lesson.
